How to reset your betPawa password

First and foremost, log in to the main page, click on LOGIN and below the box that appears, click on  Forgot password.

You will be required to enter your phone number if the system hasn’t prefilled it already.

How to deposit on betPawa

betPawa provides two options for depositing money. These are;

• Online deposit
• USSD deposit

1. Online deposit

Online deposit is straightforward! Click on deposit on the top-right corner of the box and a form will appear where you will enter the amount of money you want to deposit and then click deposit.

A pop-up request will appear on your phone where you will be required to confirm the amount by inserting your password. Confirm the deposit request to Intelworld Co Limited to complete the deposit process. Make sure you have disabled any pop-up blocker on your phone.

This path allows a minimum deposit of UGX 500 to a maximum of UGX 7,000,000.

2. USSD deposit

The USSD deposit to your account is restricted to the telecom whose number you registered.

For MTN, follow these steps;

1.     Merchant code

2.     Dial *185#

3. Select option 4 for Payments

4. Select Goods and Services

5.     Enter BETPAWA as the merchant code

6.     Enter PAWA as the Payment Reference: 

7.     Enter the amount between UGX 500 and UGX 7,000,00

8.     Confirm transaction to Intelworld Co Limited by feeding your mobile money PIN

9.     Wait for a confirmation message with your transaction ID which you will use for reference.

Normally, the service providers deduct a fee for the transition which is a minimum of UGX 110. Therefore make sure your balance is slightly more than the amount you want to deposit.

• Enter PAWA as the payment reference
• Enter the amount

Withdrawal

First of all, withdrawing your money from a betPawa account is FREE! Go to your account profile on the right top corner and click on withdraw in the drop-down box.
